NHR is sharing a smart visitor-parking application at an industrial park in Vietnam, where P01 parking sensors, backend reservation logic, and LED indicators give park management a verifiable way to allocate and protect reserved bays.
Making "reserved" more than a promise
Industrial parks receive a steady stream of supplier and visitor vehicles, and reserved bays were once maintained through paper lists and zone-by-zone security patrols. Arriving visitors still often found their bay occupied, forcing rounds of coordination between reception and guards — and with no records, nobody could say who had occupied a bay or for how long.
The park installed a P01 sensor at the center of each reserved bay to detect occupancy in real time, with data reaching the platform over LoRaWAN through G09 gateways. Priority bays add C01-A edge AI cameras that capture image evidence during occupancy events, while P06 guidance LEDs show bay status at a glance. On the backend, reservation logic binds each bay to a visitor and time slot, raising an immediate alert when an unregistered vehicle takes a reserved bay.
Allocation and verification on solid ground
Guards no longer patrol zone by zone just to check bay status, cutting routine patrol hours by roughly a third. Awareness of irregular occupancy has shifted from waiting for reports to real-time system alerts — visitors find their bay free on arrival, and the reception flow runs smoothly.
Occupancy events paired with image evidence make on-site conversations easy to settle, and the accumulated usage records give management a factual basis for reviewing bay allocation.
