Applies to: The NHR corporate website and its contact, inquiry, support, and resource functions
Version: 2026.1
Version date: July 31, 2026
Effective date: August 1, 2026
This Policy applies only to the NHR corporate website and its online forms, contact, inquiry, technical support, and resource functions. If an NHR app, cloud platform, product service, or project has a separate privacy policy, that specific policy will govern the relevant service.
Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd. (brand name: "NHR"; referred to in this Policy as "NHR," "we," "us," or "our") respects privacy and the protection of personal data. This Policy explains how we collect, process, use, retain, disclose, transfer, and protect personal data when you visit the NHR corporate website, submit a form, make a product or partnership inquiry, request technical support, download resources, or otherwise communicate with us.
NHR is the collector of the personal data described in this Policy and, where applicable, acts as the data controller. Our Taiwan Unified Business Number is 15844295. Our registered and contact address is 4F., No. 560, Sec. 2, Zhongshan Rd., Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City 235008, Taiwan.
Please read this Policy before using the website. You may choose whether to provide optional personal data. However, if required information is not provided, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a demonstration, assess a partnership request, or provide technical support.
The following summary is provided to clearly identify the collector, purposes, categories of personal data, period, territory, recipients and methods of use, your rights, and the consequences of not providing personal data. The sections that follow provide additional detail.
Nietzsche Enterprise Co., Ltd. (NHR).
Responding to inquiries; providing product, solution, demonstration, quotation, partnership and channel services; handling technical support, troubleshooting, repair, return or replacement requests; operating and protecting the website; improving content and user experience; conducting lawful internal control, audit, dispute management and compliance activities; and providing business or marketing information where a lawful basis exists.
Identity and business contact data, such as name, title, company, email address, telephone number, country or region, and company website; inquiry, project, product, device and support information and attachments; technical data such as IP address, browser, device, timestamp, referring page and logs; cookies, preferences and consent records; correspondence and marketing preferences.
For the period necessary to achieve the relevant purposes and for any additional period required by law, contract, audit, warranty, dispute resolution or legal claims; in Taiwan and in locations where NHR, its service providers or necessary business partners operate; by electronic, paper-based, automated or non-automated means, including collection, storage, retrieval, communication, analysis, transmission, disclosure, deletion and other necessary processing.
Subject to applicable law, you may inquire about or review your personal data, request a copy, request supplementation or correction, request cessation of collection, processing or use, and request erasure. See Section 12 for how to submit a request.
If required fields are not provided, we may be unable to identify your needs, contact you, provide a quotation or demonstration, route your inquiry, deliver support, or perform the relevant service. Omitting optional fields generally does not prevent basic browsing, but may reduce the completeness of our response or service.
When you use the website, our servers, security tools, and third-party services that are loaded with your permission may generate or record information such as your IP address, browser and operating system, device type, language, access time, referring and exit pages, browsing path, error and security logs, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers. We use this information to operate and secure the website, diagnose problems, generate statistics, and improve content.
In business communications or project engagements, we may receive your business contact information from your employer, colleague, representative, system integrator, distributor or channel partner, event organizer, or a publicly available source that may lawfully be used. Where the information was not obtained directly from you, we will provide any source and collection notice required by applicable law.
Do not submit sensitive data unless necessary and authorized.
The NHR website is not intended to collect medical records, healthcare, genetic information, sex-life information, physical-examination records, criminal records, precise government identifiers, or other special-category or highly sensitive data. Unless such information is necessary for a specific service, supported by a lawful basis, and protected by appropriate safeguards, please do not provide it through a general form or attachment. Do not upload another person's personal data, confidential information, or trade secrets without proper authorization.
The applicable legal basis depends on the source of the data, the purpose of processing, your relationship with NHR, and applicable law. It may include an express legal requirement; necessity for a contractual or quasi-contractual relationship; your consent; the lawful use of data that you have made public or that is otherwise publicly available; NHR's or a third party's legitimate interests in business communications, website security, service improvement or the protection of rights, provided that processing remains necessary and proportionate; or another basis permitted by law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. If the data protection laws of the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction apply, we will also rely on and comply with the relevant lawful bases, such as consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or legitimate interests, as applicable.
NHR retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. In determining the retention period, we consider whether an inquiry or case remains active, whether a business or contractual relationship continues, product warranty and after-sales requirements, the nature and risk of the data, information-security and backup cycles, and any accounting, tax, audit, compliance, dispute-resolution or legal-claim requirements.
When the purpose no longer exists or the retention period expires, we will delete, destroy, anonymize, or restrict processing of the relevant data in accordance with applicable law and technical feasibility. We may retain data where necessary for a legal obligation, contract performance, security investigation, dispute management, or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Data in backups may remain until it is overwritten or deleted through the applicable backup cycle.
NHR does not collect, process, or use personal data for the purpose of selling it. We permit access to or disclose personal data only where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, where a lawful basis exists, or where disclosure is required by law. Recipients may include:
Service providers may process personal data only for the agreed purposes and in accordance with NHR's lawful instructions, and must apply confidentiality and security measures proportionate to the risk. The actual recipients depend on the functions you use, your location, and the needs of the relevant matter.
Because NHR serves international markets, personal data may be accessed, stored, or processed outside Taiwan in connection with cloud services, email, technical support, distribution, system integration, or project collaboration. The data-protection rules in a receiving country or region may differ from those in your location.
For cross-border transfers, we will assess the purpose, necessity, recipient and risk in accordance with applicable law and use appropriate contractual, technical, organizational or other safeguards. We will comply with any restriction imposed by a competent authority on transfers to a particular country, region, or processing context.
The website may use cookies, local storage, session identifiers or similar technologies to provide necessary functions, remember language and privacy preferences, protect the website, and, where permitted or authorized by you, perform analytics or load external content. The technologies actually used may change as website functions are updated.
| Category | Purpose | Control |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Supports page delivery, security, abuse prevention, sessions, and privacy settings required for basic operation. | Generally cannot be disabled through the site. Browser restrictions may prevent the website from working correctly. |
| Preferences | Remembers language, region, interface, and cookie or external-content choices. | Can be managed through privacy settings or your browser. |
| Analytics and performance | If enabled, helps us understand aggregate traffic, page performance, errors, and content use. | Where required by law, enabled only after consent. |
| External media | Loads YouTube or other third-party video, map, social, or embedded content. The third party may receive IP, device, or browsing information. | Where consent is required, loaded only after you choose to allow it. |
You may use the privacy settings provided on the website to adjust non-essential categories and may also delete or block cookies through your browser. Refusing non-essential cookies should not prevent basic browsing, but certain video, map, personalization, or analytics functions may be unavailable. Once third-party content is loaded, the third party's own privacy policy and terms also apply.
If you ask about a product, service, event, or partnership, NHR may contact you within the reasonable scope of that request. For ongoing marketing or event communications, we will obtain consent or confirm another lawful basis where required and provide a clear method to unsubscribe or object.
You may unsubscribe using the mechanism in an email or contact the address in Section 15 to request that marketing stop. After receiving an objection, we will cease using your personal data for marketing as required by law. We may retain the minimum suppression record needed to honor the opt-out. Transactional, support, security and legally required notices are not marketing communications.
NHR applies reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards based on the nature of the data, purpose of processing, technical feasibility and risk. These may include access controls, account and identity verification, protection of data in transit or storage, logging and anomaly monitoring, backup and recovery, vulnerability and update management, staff confidentiality obligations, service-provider management, and incident-response procedures.
No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware that personal data has been accessed without authorization, stolen, altered, damaged, lost or leaked, we will take prompt and reasonable measures to contain the impact, investigate the cause, and prevent escalation. We will notify affected data subjects and relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may exercise the following rights in relation to personal data held by NHR:
To submit a request, use the contact information in Section 15 and identify your name, contact details, relationship with NHR, the right you wish to exercise, and the relevant data. To prevent unauthorized access, alteration or deletion, we may request reasonable proof of identity and authority and will collect only what is necessary for verification.
We will process requests within the periods and procedures required by applicable law. We may deny a request in whole or in part where permitted by law, including where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, adversely affects another person's rights, or where NHR must retain the data for a legal obligation or legal claim. Where required, we will explain the reason. A necessary cost-based fee may be charged for copies where permitted by law.
The NHR website is intended primarily for businesses, government agencies, system integrators, channel partners, and professional users. It is not directed primarily to children or minors, and we do not knowingly seek unnecessary personal data from minors through general website functions. A minor should provide personal data only with the consent and assistance of a parent, guardian, or other legal representative. If you believe a minor has provided data without appropriate authorization, please contact us.
The website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, videos, maps, distributors, partners, or other independent services. NHR does not control how these third parties collect, process or use personal data. Their own privacy policies govern their practices. Before leaving the NHR website or loading third-party content, you should review the relevant privacy policy and terms.
If an NHR app, SentrolCloud, IoT View, other platform, product service, or specific project provides a separate privacy policy, that policy governs the account, device, operational, or other data collected through that service.
