The district previously tracked only garage entry and exit counts, ran waste collection on fixed routes, and handled drainage points through complaints — routine patrols consumed a large share of working hours, yet abnormalities were still frequently caught a step too late.
The NHR solution builds the sensing layer across three fronts: P01 on-ground parking sensors report bay-level occupancy, B01 laser waste-bin sensors track fill level, and H01 radar liquid-level sensors watch key drainage points. All device families run on long-life batteries over NB-IoT or LoRaWAN, while the IoT View platform unifies the three status types on a district map, with threshold-based alerts for overflow, high water, and offline devices routed to the right team.
